Export to CSV



To export your database or book list to CSV:

1. Select the books you want to export (or skip this step to export all)
2. Open menu File -> Export -> CSV
3. Select the option to export all books or just selected
4. Drag the fields you want to export from right to left in the needed order
5. Select the folder and save the CSV file

If you want to open the exported file in Excel, we recommend to use the "Import External Data" tool in Excel.

Export to XML

To export your database or book list to XML:

1. Select the books you want to export (or skip this step to export all)
2. Open menu File -> Export -> XML
3. Select the option to export all books or just selected
4. Select the folder and save the XML file

Export to TXT

To export your database or book list to TXT:

1. Select the books you want to export (or skip this step to export all)
2. Open menu File -> Export -> TXT
3. Select the option to export all books or just selected
4. Select the fields to form the line template
5. Select the folder and save the TXT file
