I use the Web Search feature extensively for files. When I find the appropriate ISBN and run a search on it, I then merge the results to get more complete and accurate book properties. I've had a few problems with it though:
1) Quite a few times, after merging some fields and clicking "Update", the book image will update but some or all of the other information won't--including ISBNs, title changes, authors, etc. I have to go back and merge it all again and click "Update" again for them to update.
2) If I set a genre (and often a publisher as well) using Merge, it won't save when I click "Update". Instead, it stays blank and I manually have to select the genre (or publisher), whether it already exists in the list or not.
