I had some problems with my windows 7 64 bit and my 2.4.0.2 pro edition. I downloaded and installed from your site the 2.4.1.0 edition but now it is not pro. What can i do now?

Probably you downloaded and installed the free version

1. Uninstall the free version
2. Install the version that you downloaded when ordering
