I sent a support ticket to upgrade my software to 1.9 along with my purchase confirmation. Someone responded with a link to download the new version. I was preoccupied when I saw it and didn't get around to installing it. Now I'd like to install it, but I can't find the response to my ticket. I searched the email associated with my account for keywords like alfa/ebook/support/download/upgrade/etc in all fields without any luck. I looked around on the website for a record of the ticket discussions but didn't find it archived anywhere.
I was hoping someone could just tell me what to search for in my email to find records of support tickets from Alfa Ebooks so I don't have to resubmit the tickets.
